Audi Hungaria celebrated the roofing ceremony for the plant expansion: An automobile production plant with a complete process chain – from a press shop, body shop and paint shop all the way to an assembly hall – is being built at the Győr site. The company plans to invest more than €900 million in expansion of the plant. Starting in 2013, Győr will produce 125,000 automobiles per year. The first model will be an A3 derivative.
