Sporty welcome for Pep Guardiola: On his first day of work for the Treble winner FC Bayern München, the coach took possession of his new company car from premium partner Audi.

The keys to the 382-kW (520-hp) phantom-black Audi S8 were personally presented to him by Audi’s CEO Rupert Stadler. While the language and the club are new for the Spaniard he can immediately feel at home on the road. Like FC Bayern, his former club, FC Barcelona, has been one of Audi’s soccer partners for many years. Guardiola will make his first international appearance in just five weeks from now when at the third Audi Cup his team will be meeting at the Allianz Arena on July 31 and August 1 with Manchester City, AC Milan and FC São Paulo. More than 80,000 tickets have been sold for the tournament to date, complete information is available at

Fuel consumption figures Audi S8 4.0 TFSI quattro:
Combined fuel consumption in l/100 km: 9,6; Combined CO2-emissions in g/km: 225
