Audi models are sold by an exclusive dealer network. The sales operations, overseen by the Audi Sales Division (ASD) at FAW-Volkswagen, encompass over 340 dealers in more than 150 cities.

Audi City Beijing, which opened at the end of January 2013 and is located right in the heart of the northern Chinese metropolis, is the first digital Audi showroom in Asia. Visitors to Audi City now have the opportunity to discover the entire model range available in China for the first time, complete with all colors, equipment options and functions. Thanks to innovative media technology, they can customize a car digitally from the several million possible configurations and experience it on a full 1:1 scale on screens that virtually fill the room. Over its 2,100 square meters (22,604 square feet) of floor space, the two-story cyberstore also has room for 14 cars as well as space for cultural events and exhibitions. After London, this is the second Audi City to open worldwide. The third Audi City showroom was opened in Berlin in February 2014.

In 2014, the locally built models Audi A3 Sportback and Audi A3 Sedan will be launched in the Chinese market. In addition to the locally produced Audi A6 L, Audi A4 L, Audi Q3 and Audi Q5, the following 32 models* are available in China as import vehicles: Audi A8 L, Audi A8 L W12, Audi S6, Audi S7, Audi S8, Audi A7 Sportback, Audi Q7, Audi TT Coupé, Audi TT Roadster, Audi TTS Coupé, Audi TTS Roadster, Audi R8 Coupé, Audi R8 Spyder, Audi A5 Coupé, Audi A5 Sportback, Audi A5 Cabriolet, Audi S5 Coupé, Audi S5 Sportback, Audi S5 Cabriolet, Audi RS 5 Coupé, Audi RS 5 Cabriolet, Audi A4 allroad quattro, Audi A3 Sportback, Audi A3 Sedan, Audi Q3, Audi Q5, Audi SQ 5, Audi A1, Audi A1 Sportback and the three hybrid models Audi Q5 hybrid quattro, Audi A6 hybrid and Audi A8 L hybrid.

As the premium market leader, Audi once again set the benchmark for customer satisfaction in 2013. The brand with the four rings not only impressed in the J.D. Power Customer Service Index (CSI) study as best premium brand. The J.D. Power study “Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI)” also confirmed Audi as the test winner for the fourth time in a row.
